My stay at Rookery Hall was quite mixed. On one hand, the hotel offers luxurious rooms with thoughtful touches, and the staff are generally friendly and attentive. On the other hand, the service experience fell short at times, particularly in managing requests and maintaining consistency. Dining could also improve, especially with limited dinner options. Overall, it has potential but needs some alignment in service quality and meal offerings.

The hotel has a beautiful old charm and is located in a lovely area. While I enjoyed the spa facilities and the food was generally good, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and poor service during breakfast. Some aspects of the hotel need urgent attention to meet expectations.

The rooms were clean but showed signs of wear, such as peeling wallpaper and a somewhat dim lighting situation. I rated it a 5 for the conditions I encountered.

The breakfast was quite nice but marred by slow service and some items being unavailable. Overall, I would rate dining at a 6 due to the inconsistency.

The hotel has stunning grounds and a lovely spa, offering a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and there seemed to be a lack of communication among staff, which impacted the overall experience. Some room cleanliness issues were also noted, but the room amenities were comfortable. Overall, it's a nice spot but could use improvements in service.

The room we had was spacious, but the bathroom could use some TLC. Overall, while the spa was great, I found the dining and service lacking.

Rooms
6.0
The room we stayed in was the 'June' suite and was very spacious, but the bathroom was tired and could have used a good clean.
