a dreamy escape
cute staffexcellent foodattentive staffkindness
The staff showed such grace and warmth. i felt immediately at home. our wedding coordinator, catherine, guided us every step and she came in on her day off to see us on our special day. carol were great. She ensured everyone felt cared for and even helped one guest with a new shirt.
my gin glass felt a bit clunky, a minor detail in an otherwise amazing stay.

our room provided space and comfort, and the bathroom included a tub and dual sinks. the countryside view from the room offers peace and beauty. i enjoyed the thoughtful touch of the amenities provided.

each team member i interacted with offered great service and a warm smile. carol at the spa was especially kind and attentive, she. the hotel manager's advance call also reassured me.

The spa provided facilities that allowed relaxation, and the gym was well equipped. the pool looked inviting, however, i did not have a chance to swim this time. everything felt luxurious and well kept. It really enhanced the stay.

The restaurant served food presented with care and tasted good. morgan showed expertise and understanding of wine. She gave helpful suggestions. maddy's explanations of the dishes was a very welcome and lovely touch.

the building exudes historic charm and the surrounding grounds are spacious. i found it easy to unwind, and to appreciate the natural beauty. it seems a really serene place, perfect for a peaceful holiday.

comfortable bedpeaceful stroll
the room was super clean. the bed proved comfortable, which allowed a restful night. the green area at the hotel's back was massive and pet-friendly, perfect for a peaceful stroll.
I noticed some algae build-up on the outside of the hall near the entrance. It wasn't great.

i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff . i found the breakfast service particularly efficient. the grounds were well-kept and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel.
the room i stayed in felt somewhat dated. i noticed the wardrobe lights didn't switch off when the doors were closed.
